MS Future Training Pvt. Ltd. was accorded the necessary approval to set up an Online Agent Training Portal, in 2007, by the Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority of India (IRDA), the designated regulatory body for the insurance sector. Since then, www.msftinsurance.com , the portal approved by IRDA, has catered to the training of more than 1 million prospective & existing Insurance Professionals in India.

MSFT, since October, 2011, has also been providing Training for Organizations engaged in selling Insurance products over the telephone/internet etc. This was made possible by an IRDAI order released in August, 2011, that made an IRDA prescribed training mandatory for all individuals engaged in the sale of Insurance products over the distance mode.
